We specialise in training beginners, the nervous, through to age groupers. Children to pensioners and all in-between.
Get together with a couple of friends, work colleagues, fellow sports participants and get in touch. Before work, after work, lunchtime, weekend, it’s your choice.
Need some help to improve your technique? Just you or with a friend or two, no problem. Each session is designed for you and what you need to work on…….not what you think you need!
An important thing to remember is we will make sure you have fun, improve and get supported all the way. It isn’t just about the physical movement. The brain plays a huge part and support will include how to get your brain and body working together rather than fighting.
Don’t know how to fit getting out and moving into an already busy day? No problem. We can help look at your day and how to plan it so you can fit in the essential “you time”.
